At Thesarach we are committed to providing the best quality service that help people with care at home when they are ill, disabled, recovering from illness or surgery. We offer a high-quality personal care, which represents excellent value for money.

We understand that everyone is different and assess each person individually in order to create a care plan best suited to that person. Care plans are regularly checked and updated in accordance to the client’s health.

Our personal care assistants and support workers are directly employed by us and are continuously assessed and provided with ongoing training to ensure skills and working practices are up to date. We recruit & train local people to deliver local services.

Thesarach most valuable assets are the Workers. For this reason, all staff members are involved in the development of service policies, as required, in order for them to have a better understanding of what is expected of them in practice.
